The Weighed-n-Fared Storage Center (formerly Gatz Plaza) is a mid-rise skyscraper located in Bellamyville, Adustelan. As of 1995, the building has been owned by the Weighed-n-Fared Storage Company and has been fitted to specialize in personal storage.

2014 Explosion[]

Shortly after the explosion, 7 November, 2014

On November 7, 2014 at around 6:55 pm CIST, an explosion created a large hole in the south side of Tower A, taking out a sizable portion of floors two through four. No one was injured or killed in the explosion, but four storage units were completely destroyed. The building was immediately shut down, though several hours later the building was deemed stable.

It was later determined that the source of the explosion was an extensive supply of trinitrotoluene (TNT) stored in storage unit A-417, at the time belonging to a woman by the name of Sarah Sparks. There is no clear motive as to why she set off TNT in the building and she has yet to be apprehended.

A spokesperson for the Weighed-n-Fared Storage Company responded to the media circus a few hours after the explosion with a statement assuring that they would compensate the owners of the destroyed units for their belongings.

Development in Minecraft[]

The building was constructed by StaticAnnouncement in July 2011 in City Center and is one of the original buildings in the City of Adustelan. It is also one of a few buildings to be moved from its original location to another in the city. However, unlike the f(x) Center, which was moved to at least five different locations, the Weighed-n-Fared Storage Center stayed on its original lot for over three years. It was moved to a new location at the corner of Rarity Street and St. Lucia Avenue on October 25, 2014.

The tower was blown up on February 1, 2015, but was added back to the map on January 6, 2016. It was moved to the intersection of Doyle Street and Fischbach Avenue and later modified.
