Vassaras County is one of the five counties of Carraway Island (the other four being Ehrmantraut, Lewis, Barrymore, and Walsh, plus the independent city of Jan Beach).
As of 2014, its population is 43,357. It is the fourth-most populous county on Carraway Island.
The county seat is Haverford, which is located on Haverford Island.
