Mintz Schaal Plaza is a mid-rise hotel located in between Soundsurf Avenue and Burrclai Avenue in the neighborhood of City Center, Adustelan. Being 224 feet tall, but only 46 feet wide at its widest point, it is one of the thinnest mid- or high-rise buildings in the city.

The building was constructed in 2010, after the plans to build 7 Trade Center Adustelan were definitively scrapped in late 2009.

The building was built on March 29, 2015 by KrisSlobman01, on the former site of 7 Trade Center Adustelan, which was demolished when Trade Center Adustelan received a complete overhaul in January 2015.
