Maltagratz 100 (known before 2017 by its address 100 East Kempton Road) is a supertall skyscraper in the East Kempton neighborhood of the City of Adustelan. It is located on a wedge-shaped lot bounded by East Kempton Road and New Villa Avenue.
Its roof height is 515 feet; a 101-foot radio mast was included in the building's original blueprints and thus officially brings the building to a height of 616 feet. When it was first built in 1988, it was the tallest building in Adustelan, a title it held for 27 years until surpassed by the Okun Tower in 2015. As of July 2018, it is still the second-tallest building by pinnacle height in the city, and the third-tallest by roof height (also surpassed by the Langston Center).
In 2009, Carraway Island's first Pret a Manger location opened on the building's main floor.
On January 5, 2017, Adustelan-based food and drink company Maltagratz Ltd. leased floors 13 through 18 in the tower. The company also acquired the naming rights to the building, and thus the tower changed its official name from 100 East Kempton Road to its current name. Coincidentally, this was also the same day that the build was added to the Adustelan Register of Historic Places, and as such is officially listed under both names.
