Incuba is a city in Ehrmantraut County on Carraway Island and a suburb of the City of Adustelan. As of the 2019 census, its population was 32,420, making it the fifth-most populous city in the country, and the second-most populous in Ehrmantraut County.

The town is home to the Carraway Nuclear Power Plant, which has been decommissioned since 1988.
