East Kempton is a mainly residential neighborhood in the City of Adustelan. It is one of the largest neighborhoods in the city, as it contains the campus of Devoner University within its boundaries. It is located to the immediate east of the historic neighborhood of Kempton.
As of the 2014 Census, the population of East Kempton was 24,889. This figure does not include the seasonal student population on the Devoner University campus.
