Devoner University (DVU) is a private, secular research university with the main campus located in East Kempton, Adustelan, Carraway Island. Founded in 1946, it is the largest university on Carraway Island, and the only university within Adustelan city limits.
The Regency School of Music, located in the neighborhood of Regency Hollow, is also included in the University system. In addition to on-campus schools and facilities, the University also manages several off-campus housing developments, as well as the Adustelan Public Library.
