Carraway Island Route 74 is a major highway maintained by the Federal Government of Carraway Island. It runs from Carraway Island Route 16 in Southeastern Walsh County to an intersection with Intercounty C11 in the Town of Nestem, in Barrymore County.
The route has several name changes, most of which are within the limits of the City of Adustelan. Within the city, the route is marked by red lines on the edges of all the streets that carry it.
