54 Ocean Avenue is a high-rise office building located in City Center, Adustelan.
When the building first opened, it was the first building to trump the Marigold Building as the tallest building in Adustelan (the Huntington Building was built in 1934, but it only matched Marigold's height). It held the title of tallest building in Adustelan for 5 years, until it was surpassed by 100 East Kempton Road (today known as Maltagratz 100) in 1988.
As of January 2017, it is the ninth-tallest building in the city.
Development in Minecraft
The building was built by FalconStorm on November 7, 2015. It was the first completely new building in the city to exceed 400 feet since the Langston Center was built by StaticAnnouncement in December 2014.
