Crestman Memorial Hospital a few hours after the attack, 30 March 2015

The 2015 Crestman Hospital attack was a domestic bomb attack on the Elijah S. Crestman Memorial Hospital at the corner of Jennaviva Boulevard and Soundsurf Avenue in the neighborhood of Jennaviva, Adustelan on the evening of March 30, 2015. The perpetrator has yet to be identified. The attack killed 239 people, and injured almost 2,000 more, while leaving a blast radius of more than two blocks in each direction. It was the worst attack ever on Carrawayan soil.

All surviving patients and newly admitted patients injured by the attacks were transferred to the Incuba General Hospital in Incuba, and the hospital continued to serve Adustelan residents for several more months. A new hospital replacing the destroyed one opened in November 2015.

In January 2016, the Carrawayan Souls Memorial and Park opened on the site of the former hospital in Jennaviva.
